Lip Blush FAQs

How long will it last?
Lip blush will typically last between 2-4 years depending on a number of factors including your lifestyle, skin type and age.

Can I pick my colour?
Yes! Colours will be customised for each client depending on your preferred colour choice, undertones and what would suit you best.

How do you choose the shape?
Once you have discussed your ideal shape, I use measuring tools and technology to create an outline around your lips which I will follow when blushing them to give you beautiful and symmetrical shape. You are very involved in this process and I will work with you, making any tweaks you may want until you're both happy to get started.

Does it look natural?
Depending on the clients desired outcome, lip blush can look extremely natural.
In many cases you wouldn't be able to tell someone has had lip blush without knowing.
However, some people love a bolder look, and that's totally achievable too!

Is a touch up appointment necessary ?
Touch up appointments are 4-8 weeks after the initial appointment and are very important. They are necessary as everyone heals differently and some clients may not hold the pigment as well as others. A touch up allows any areas of the lip that haven't held the pigment as well, to be filled in. If needed, adjustments can also be made to shape and colour. Many clients choose to go very natural on the first session and may find themselves desiring a slightly bolder look as their confidence with the procedure builds, this can be achieved in touch up appointment.

Do I need a consultation?
A consultation is necessary! There are a few things we will need to go over including a medical check, before and after care and most importantly, a patch test. A consultation also allows you to go over any questions or concerns you may have about the treatment.
